Experience of Care As A Client / Patient
The experience during labour was welcoming in the PHC Bagudu, where I had my third baby. The skilled and compassionate nurses led by the gentle guidance of the maternity matron, created an atmosphere of support. Their reassuring words and expertise helped ease my fears. Notwithstanding that it was a health center, their professionalism blended seamlessly with a warmth that made the labor room feel less clinical and more like a cocoon of care.
I’m very happy with the way they treated me and allowed my husband to be around me all through the period.
